If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier this only applies to  Medium to Large Orders.

"Please Note" Sarees, Salwar Kameez suits, Lenghas, Lehngas, Custom made clothes, Men's wear, Kids wear & Some Accessories is delivered from India to your front door address any where in the World. We use International Courier services for Medium to Large (heavy in weight & height) service to deliver. Light weight items will be posted by India postage and same method applies to postage  from Uk Mainland deliveries Only.

We Deliver By Royal Mail 1st Class Stamp at Flat Rate of £5.50. Small orders or Single Packets  UK mainland only. Outside UK mainland please email us for your postage cost before you purchase here.

 Returns Policy:

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from http://www.bollywoodcreations.co.uk  you can return the unworn goods within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
 

• When returning goods the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box, diamond
  certificate (where appropriate) and the completed detachable return slip (at the bottom of the dispatch note).
   

• For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to http://www.bollywoodcreations.co.uk, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.
   

• Earrings/Bindis can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings/bindis have to be returned in sealed packaging unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
   

• EXAMPLES: SO indicates Special Order – these items are Non Standard ring sizes (outside J-Q), all sizes (standard and non standard) of Cocktail Rings, certain sizes in platinum rings and any other item marked SO. Any product that is highlighted with an SO are
  non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing fault. This is because it will have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Once you have placed your order you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimate in the order confirmation email and in the relevant order summary in your account.

All orders are usually shipped within 5-10 days after the confirmation of the order and you funds in our bank account cleared.

However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks.

 Bollywood Creations (Super Fashion Creations Online) is not responsible for any item once it has left our business premises.

All damages during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer only.

VAT Paid By UK Residence Only / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. 

Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

They are entirely your responsibility.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Please note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package.

Our courier agents DHL / TNT / UPS / Royal Mail / Parcel Force / Package2 Go - etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
